Make the first message easy
Request a workshop or proposal.
Start with a short email. We can discuss the scope, delivery format, timing, and budget before preparing a written proposal. An inquiry does not confirm a booking or create a contract.
Share who the support is for, what you want people to be able to do, and any timing or budget you have in mind. If you’re still figuring that out, start with the challenge.
For workshops, include your group size, preferred location or online format, and any accessibility needs you would like us to plan for. Please leave passwords and sensitive personal records out of your message.

Before you get in touch.
What should I include in a proposal request?
Tell us about your audience, the skills you want people to develop, your preferred timing, and whether you have a location or online format in mind. A budget range is helpful but optional.
Does an inquiry commit me to a booking?
No. An inquiry starts a conversation about fit, scope, and cost. Confirm the agreed services, schedule, and terms in writing before treating a program as booked.
Why do starting prices differ?
Lunch-and-learn sessions, single classes, and longer cohorts are different formats. Use the workshop catalog to compare them, then request a written quote for your group and delivery needs.
Can we discuss accessibility and beginner support?
Yes. Include your group’s experience with technology and any access needs you would like us to plan for. We can discuss pacing, devices, location, and materials before agreeing on the scope. Please do not send private medical records.
Whether you're an organization exploring a partnership, a company that needs training, or a person trying to navigate a hard system — you don't need to have it all figured out before you contact us. Start the conversation. We'll help you figure out the next step. That's what we do.
